Jeff's running journey started in 2010, when he went from his couch to finishing the Chicago marathon. In 2012, he ran the Berlin marathon with a friend and had such a great time he decided to run a marathon on every continent. Buenos Aires and Sydney followed, and in 2023 he attempted the Antarctic marathon. Over the course of that trip, he met some of the most incredible people with the most amazing stories. He was inspired to start this podcast and share those stories with the world - and maybe inspire others on to their own adventures too!
